Whether due to being a lesbian, circumstances prompting such a relationship, or the author skirting around putting a label on it by just giving her an intensely sapphic friendship, the female lead has a romantic relationship with a woman. (Made this because this is an under-utilized genre. There's an absurd amount of historical BL out there, but non-pornographic historical/fantasy GL is extremely hard to find.)
Criteria to meet the list:
- The FL must be romantically involved with a woman.
- The FL may have relations with men as well but a woman must be endgame.
- Genderswaps are acceptable but Crossdressing is not, The FL must be a bio-sex female.
- Stories with lewd/smutty themes are acceptable but literal porn is not. There needs to be a plot.
