Please keep in mind that these are largely just comics with long hair MLs that I have come across, this doesn’t take into account red flags, green flags or good plots— read at your own risk (I will say it's about 50-50 between the red and green though, and I personally enjoyed most of these plots).

Some of these comics have MLs where his hair eventually gets cut, or there is a period where the ML has short hair but eventually his hair grows longer. But most of the MLs have long hair throughout the entire story. I also tried my best to find MLs with various hair colors so it’s not all the same color for those who prefer variety (black, blond, brown, white/silver, blue, etc)! And yes, these are all first MLs, not second MLs.
